Half Day Foraging, Tracking & Nature Connection Walk
Carwynnen Campsite | Carwynnen Quoit | Cornwall
Step away from the noise for a few hours… and return to something much older.
This gentle, guided walk weaves together foraging, wildlife tracking and deep nature connection, set within the quiet beauty of Careynnen Farm - a landscape of winding lanes, hedgerows rich with life, and ancient woodland.
At the heart of it all sits Carwynnen Quoit, a Neolithic monument that has stood watch over this land for thousands of years. A place that reminds us how long humans have walked these paths… and how much knowledge still lives here, if we know how to look.
Over three unhurried hours, you’ll be guided to:
•Notice the small details most people pass by
•Identify seasonal edible plants and their traditional uses
•Read the stories left behind by wildlife through tracks and sign
•Slow your awareness and reconnect with the natural world in a meaningful way
This isn’t just about learning what to see - but how to see.
We’ll move at a relaxed pace, with simple, engaging activities along the way. No prior experience needed — just curiosity.
We’ll finish with a wild tea and homemade cake, shared together in nature.
